ThreeBond Fushing Challenge 2026 Press Release Sep. 29, 2026 The NT$1 million 2026 ThreeBond Fushing Challenge begins tomorrow, September 30, with a two-round, 36-hole tournament at the Hsin-Yi Golf Club in Kaohsiung. A total of 88 players, comprising 80 professionals and 8 amateurs, will compete for the championship trophy and the NT$150,000 top prize. Li Jui-shen returns to defend his title, while Chen Ting-yu seeks his second ThreeBond Challenge Tour victory of the season. The top 10 players on the current ThreeBond Challenge Tour Order of Merit are all in attendance, including current money list leader Chen Ting-yu, second-place Lin Ta-yu, third-place Lo Cheng-yuan, fourth-place Li Chao-hua, fifth-place Chen Hui-hong, sixth-place Li Shang-jung, and seventh-place Peng Hung-chin, all vying for top honors. Tomorrow's opening round features split-tee starts from the 1st and 10th holes, with the first group teeing off at 6:30 AM and the final group at 8:35 AM. Play is expected to conclude around 1:30 PM under a non-cut format. The tournament is title-sponsored individually by Taiwan Fushing Industrial Co., Ltd., with ThreeBond as the total title sponsor, the TPGA as the organizer, and Hsin-Yi Golf Club as the co-organizer. An 18-hole pro-am event was successfully held today, pairing 15 professionals with 45 social amateurs in a team scramble format. Chairman Lin Jui-chang remarked that time flies, noting that this marks Taiwan Fushing's 9th year supporting the ThreeBond Challenge Tour and ThreeBond's 12th year as total title sponsor. Taiwan Fushing has continuously sponsored the ThreeBond Challenge Tour for nine consecutive years since 2019, following its initial collaborative title sponsorships with the Pao-Wei Group and later Ming An International Enterprise starting in 2018. Chairman Lin Jui-chang also continues to sponsor the Order of Merit bonuses for both the TPGA Taiwan Tour and the ThreeBond Challenge Tour this season, adding supplemental prizes of NT$500,000, NT$300,000, and NT$200,000 for the top three finishers on each money list, totaling NT$2 million. This marks Taiwan Fushing's 8th consecutive year providing tour-level Order of Merit bonuses. Serving as the 5th leg of the ThreeBond TPGA Challenge Tour season, the top 5 players on the final challenge tour money list will earn automatic exemptions onto the Taiwan Tour next year. Tournament Special Awards include hole-in-one prizes on holes 3, 6, 13, and 17, featuring an NT$100,000 cash prize per hole provided by Taiwan Fushing Industrial Chairman Lin Jui-chang with no limit on recipients. If unclaimed during the tournament, Chairman Lin will allocate the NT$100,000 into 10 separate NT$10,000 lucky-draw prizes for players during the awards ceremony. Hsin-Yi Golf Club also offers an additional NT$20,000 prize. Additional awards feature the round lowest score award of NT$20,000 per round provided by Taiwan Fushing Industrial Chairman Lin Jui-chang, awarded to the lowest-scoring professional in each round and split equally in the event of a tie, as well as a course record bonus of NT$20,000 provided by Hsin-Yi Golf Club for breaking the existing course record of 63 set by Chen Ji-gun. Furthermore, Yushan Technology has sponsored two of its latest smart home appliances, being instant-heat RO ice-water dispensers, for player lucky draws. Additionally, the amateur champion will receive special supplementary prizes, consisting of five dozen Srixon Z-Star Diamond golf balls sponsored by Dunlop Sports Taiwan, and an Omnix golf bag sponsored by Somax International Co., Ltd. Measuring 7,510 yards, the Hsin-Yi Golf Club layout features demanding roughs, challenging greenside chipping areas, and rigorous putting surfaces that will thoroughly test the field. Spectators are welcome to attend. Spectators must visit the tournament starter station to pay a NT$30 insurance fee, fill out registration details, and receive a spectator pass. Spectators must walk strictly on cart paths, as inter-hole shuttle transport is not provided. For safety reasons, children under 6 and pets are prohibited on the course.
